Visiting Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh met Leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa in Colombo today (9), during his official visit to Sri Lanka.

The two leaders exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and the broader relationship between India and Sri Lanka.

Singh also met President Anura Kumara Dissanayake earlier today, with the two sides reaffirming their commitment to strengthening bilateral defence and strategic cooperation.
