The Ella-Wellawaya road has been completely reopened for traffic, according to Badulla District Secretary Panduka Sri Prabath Abeywardena.

The decision follows a decrease in the landslide risk across the district.

Authorities reported that several other roads in the Badulla district have also been cleared and opened for traffic, restoring essential connectivity in the area.
