It is noted that self proclaimed 'Prophet' Jerome Fernando is to lead a special meeting for only Billionaires next month, whereas The Glorious Church land owner and local Tycoon Gracien Gunawardena has not been invited.

The invitees only meeting is due to be held on the 12th and 13th May 2023 in an 'undisclosed location', and only 24 individuals have been invited. 

The Morning contacted The Glorious Church Board member and tycoon Gracien Gunawardena for more information.

"There is a meeting like this? I am not aware. As a board member, I am also not aware. I was not even invited. Anyway, the board is not informed of such small gatherings," he said. 

Gunawardena had donated the land for The Miracle Dome to Jerome Fernando after obtaining a loan of Rs 100 million from Commercial Bank, he informed The Morning.

Inside sources have revealed to The Morning of a 'special VVIP room' at the Miracle Dome, which is out of bounds to the congregation and worshipers, is the undisclosed location that has been mentioned on the flyer. Only Uebert Angel, Jerome Fernando and Kushal Perera is allowed to enter that particular room. 

Suspicions amongst citizens have arisen that Fernando's spiritual father, Uebert Angel, is to join the meeting, either physically or virtually to address the attendees.

Additionally, individuals have questioned the reason as to why Jerome Fernando would publish an 'invitees only' flyer on his social media if it wasn't open to the public.

It has also been speculated that the 'billionaires meeting is held only to 'white wash' the tarnished image of Uebert Angel from the Al Jazeera expose. 

The Morning has been in contact with a parishioner from The Glorious Church who has readily provided information,but has chosen to remain anonymous due to personal reasons.

Attempts to contact other board members of The Glorious Church have proved futile.  

Self proclaimed Prophets, Uebert Angel and Jerome Fernando, hit the spotlight when Angel was exposed by foreign media Al Jazeera's Investigative Unit (iUnit) for money laundering and gold smuggling.

Angel has been accused of sexual misconduct, rape, financial frauds and false doctrines and the UK has issued warrants for Angel's arrest.

Meanwhile, local 'Prophet' Jerome Fernando has threatened legal action to those who 'tarnish' the name of The Glorious Church.
