The Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) has temporarily suspended its online driving licence issuance services at its main Werahera office and district offices.

The DMT stated that the system is currently unavailable due to prevailing adverse weather conditions. 

Measures are being taken to restore services as quickly as possible.

However, the department confirmed that regular driving licence issuance services will continue uninterrupted at all district offices. 

The public is advised to contact their local office for further information.
