The Criminal Investigation Department informed the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court that Maithree Wickremesinghe has been notified to appear before the Financial Crimes Investigation Division(FCID) on 20 February.

The notice was issued to record a statement in connection with an ongoing investigation involving former President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
