Sri Lanka Police relaunched the ‘Tell IGP’ service on 6 January, 2025, allowing the public to directly submit complaints and suggestions to the Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) Priyantha Weerasooriya.

Available 24/7 via the official website, the service enables individuals to report issues with police investigations or provide feedback on the police service. 

Complaints can be filed through the E-Service link at www.police.lk.
