The national flag will be flown at half-mast at all state institutions from today (21) to 23 August, following the death of veteran musician Visharad Nanda Malini.

The Ministry of Public Administration has issued the directive as the Government observes three days of national mourning from 21 to 23 August.

Nanda Malini passed away yesterday (20) at the age of 82.
