The Cabinet of Ministers on Monday (23) approved the resolution furnished by the President to instruct the Legal Draftsman to draft the law for State procurement based on a fundamental draft prepared by an international consultant and two local consultants.

The said draft has been subjected to enhancement by the National Procurement Commission by obtaining the opinions and proposals of all the parties including overseas agencies, ministries and department heads, and non–government agencies.
