The Department of Meteorology has issued a warm weather advisory for the Northern, North-Central and Eastern provinces, and Monaragala and Hambantota districts, valid for tomorrow (4).

The heat index may reach ‘Caution Level’ in some areas during the daytime.

Residents have been advised to stay hydrated and limit strenuous outdoor activities.
