More employment opportunities for Sri Lankan skilled and semi-skilled workers in Russia’s construction sector are expected following a new agreement between the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Agency and Russia’s National Association of Builders (NOSTROY).

A Russian delegation held discussions with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment on recruiting workers for construction projects in Russia.

The agreement aims to facilitate the recruitment and deployment of Sri Lankan workers while strengthening overseas employment cooperation between the two countries.
