A nine-member expert committee, appointed by the Minister of Environment, will submit its preliminary report today (14) on the environmental impact caused by Cyclone Ditwah. 

The committee is studying how the cyclone affected rivers, forests, and mountains. 

The final report is expected in six months, helping guide recovery efforts.
