Sri Lanka received a total of 175,661 tourists during the first 29 days of March 2026, according to the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA).
The latest figures show that between 1 January and 29 March, 2026, the country has seen a total of 732,316 tourist arrivals.
The majority of visitors hailed from key source markets including India, the United Kingdom, Russia, China, Germany, and Australia, reflecting a diverse influx of international travelers.
