Three new Ambassadors and two High Commissioners presented their credentials to President Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday (13).

The five envoys include High Commissioners Isabelle Marie Catherine Martin (Canada) and Matthew John Duckworth (Australia), along with Ambassador Wiebe Jakob De Boer (Netherlands), all based in Colombo.

Non-resident Ambassadors Abdenor Khelifi (Algeria) and Benedikt Höskuldsson (Iceland), both based in New Delhi, also presented credentials.

President Dissanayake welcomed the diplomatic delegation, inviting them to strengthen bilateral relations with Sri Lanka, according to the Presidential Media Division (PMD).
