BBC has discontinued its contract with its 'BBC Sinhala' correspondent Azzam Ameen over a leaked personal tele conversations with UNP Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake.
The audio is one of many leaked personal tele conversations Ramanayake had with judges, Police officers and well known personalities.
Following the leaked audio, BBC has contacted Ameen and noted their inability to continue with his contract, The Sunday Morning learns.
