Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana today stated that the public should take precautions to not be swindled by white collar thieves manufacturing and distributing fake notes during the festive season.
Yesterday a suspect had been arrested in Walachchana with Rs. 25,000 in fake notes and another has been arrested in Kamburupitiya with Rs. 5000 in fake notes.
