World renowned Hollywood actor George Clooney had made a brief technical stop at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in his private jet for a crew change and refueling, The Morning learns. This was confirmed by the Aeronautical Association of Sri Lanka today (22). Clooney's 15 seater private jet was attended to by Care Aviation and was bound for London after departing from Gold Coast in Australia. The Hollywood superstar did not disembark and remained inside the jet for the 45 minute technical layover.
