The former Chairman of the Ports Authority, General Daya Ratnayake is to be appointed as the Secretary to the Ministry of Industries. General R. M. Daya Ratnayake, WWV, RWP, RSP, USP is a former senior Sri Lanka Army officer. He was the 20th Commander of the Sri Lanka Army.
