Cabinet Spokesman Keheliya Rambukwella today (04) stated that a decision on imposing travel restrictions within the island will be taken today or tomorrow.
He said that the health authorities are constantly monitoring the Covid situation in the country and that strict isolation orders have been issued in certain areas.
At the Cabinet briefing today, he stated that if the need for inter district travel restrictions arise, the health authorities would order it immediately.
