Dr. Neville Fernando, the owner of the Neville Fernando Teaching Hospital, has been admitted to the Infectious Diseases Hospital (IDH) after contracting Covid-19. The National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) said Dr. Fernando has been first admitted to Neville Fernando Teaching Hospital. He was later transferred to the IDH and is being treated at the ICU.
