Former Customs Director General Ms. PSM Charles was sworn in as Northern Province Governor today.
Charles was sworn in before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat today (30).
She was also appointed as the Secretary to the Health Ministry on 28 November.
