Rohan Pallewatta, who contested the last Presidential Election from the Social Democratic Party, called on Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa today and decided to join the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB), the party said. It said Pallewatta will be appointed to the Working Committee of the party and as a head of the SJB's Foreign Policy and Foreign Trade Policy Development Council. He is also to be appointed as a leader of the Professionals Association and a Chief Adviser of the party.
