The experts report on constitution proposals and not the draft Constitution will be presented to Parliament tomorrow, Minister Mano Ganesan said. He insisted that the report to be submitted to Parliament is not the draft Constitution. "Experts report on constitutional proposals and NOT draft constitution will be submitted to constitutional assembly," he tweeted. He said that the report will be submitted to Parliament by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.
