Health authorities conducted 11,552 PCR tests yesterday, the highest ever number of tests conducted in a single day in Sri Lanka. With yesterday’s record high number of PCR tests Sri Lanka have now carried out total of 480,838 PCR tests since the outbreak of COVID 19 in Sri Lanka. 9205 total number of COVID 19 patients reported in Sri Lanka since February. Country has 5111 active COVID 19 patients under medical care by last night.
