On World Animal Day (October 4), Indira Cancer Trust has initiated a K-9 support campaign to promote monthly breast self-examination in all women over the age of 20 years.
The campaign involved a flyer depicting a series of puppies dressed in pink in commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness month, in addition to promoting breast self-examination.
"The campaign's main purpose is to promote awareness on breast cancer," a representative of Indira Cancer Trust told The Morning.
