Tamil Progressive Alliance (TPA) Mano Ganesan has requested Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe to establish a community kitchen to provide cooked food to the most marginalized Colombo's Urban Poor who live in UDA built multi story apartments. This was made known through a twitter post by Ganesan today (20). "PM Ranil Wickremesinghe is requested to establish a community kitchen to provide cooked food to most marginalized Colombo's Urban Poor who live in UDA built multi story apartments. The unused CMC cookhouses and Colombo Port kitchen are available at hand," the twitter post mentioned. Ganesan had also tagged the World Food Programme and the United Nations Sri Lanka twitter handles in his post.
