An interactive dialogue on “Revenue Generation as a Pathway to Sri Lanka’s Economic Recovery” was held on Tuesday (9) at the Parliament complex with the participation of several MPs.
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Sustainable Finance Hub Director Marcos Neto, who is an expert in the field of international economics and finance, shared his experience and knowledge with the MPs by presenting the guest speech.
This dialogue was organised at the request made by former Committee on Public Finance Chairman Anura Priyadarshana Yapa from the UNDP.
Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa, several MPs representing the ruling party and the Opposition, and other officials including Secretary General of Parliament Dhammika Dasanayake and Assistant Secretary General Tikiri K. Jayathilaka were also present.
