In order to facilitate complaints, emergency declarations and service inquiries related to train services, Sri Lanka Railways announced today (12) that a new hotline number will be introduced. By dialing 1971, Sri Lanka Railways said that commuters can now use this hotline for all complaints and information related inquiries from hereon.
