State Minister Nalaka Godahewa said no final decision has been taken yet on the East Container Terminal (ECT) at the Colombo Port.
Responding to questions of journalists, he said a cabinet paper to create a mechanism to operate the ECT has been submitted.
“This is not the final decision. The proposal was made to appoint a Committee that can come up with solutions in this regard,” he said.
