Minister of Energy Udaya Gammanpila today said that the ‘One Country, One Law’ concept is not implemented in its entirety in any country as there could be special rules pertaining to different sectors of society such as women, children and the disabled.
This was stated at the virtual Cabinet meeting held today in response to a question posed on the situation between the President and MP Harin Fernando.
