In response to the revelations made by the Pandora papers, Thirukumar Nadesan has written to the President stating that he and wife are innocent. Accordingly, he has requested the President for an independent probe into the matter. Nadesan also remarked that accusations made against him and his wife Nirupama Rajapaksa have resulted in heartache and stress and therefore explained that their names could be cleared only after an investigation.
