Sri Lanka Railways (SLR) said that all passenger trains scheduled for Saturday (14) and Sunday (15) have been cancelled.
SLR General Manager M.J.D. Fernando, issuing a notice, stated that trains will operate as usual from Monday, 16 November onwards.
Meanwhile, all office trains and regional train services will also resume on that day, he said.
