It has been decided that Health, Tri-forces, Police personnel and those engaged in the tourism sector along with frontline workers will be administered with the Pfizer vaccine as a booster dose.
This booster dose will be given after the 01st of November as confirmed by Army Commander and Head of the National Operations Centre for Prevention of Covid-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) Shavendra Silva.
