Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa in Parliament said today that Sri Lanka will allow the burial of Covid victims' bodies. He said this in response to questions raised by Opposition MP S.M. Marikkar as to why burial is still not being permitted, after State Minister of COVID-19 Prevention Sudarshini Fernandopulle announced in Parliament yesterday that the coronavirus does not spread through water.
