In a media briefing today, the Police have requested the public to hand over all illegal weapons currently in their possession to the nearest Police station by tomorrow (05) the latest.
Illegal weapons may include swords, kris knives, sharp daggers and bowie knives.
A massive search operation is currently being carried out by security forces and the Police across the country.
