The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) will be imposing daily power cuts from today (25) onwards till the 10 April, due to limited rainfall in catchment areas and the increased demand for power over the recent years.
The schedule for the expected power cuts was released today (25).
Daytime:
-08.30 am to 11.30 am
-11.30 am to 02.30 pm
-02.30 pm to 05.30 pm
Nighttime:
-06.30 pm to 07.30 pm
-07.30 pm to 08.30 pm
-08.30 pm to 09.30 pm
