President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has accepted the letter of resignation handed by President's Secretary Dr. P. B. Jayasundera, The Morning reliably learnt. It is also learnt that Prime Minister's Secretary, Gamini Senarath is tipped to be appointed as the new Presidential Secretary.
