Russian President Vladimir Putin today said he is confident that the further development of the constructive bilateral cooperation with Sri Lanka is in line with the strengthening of the regional stability and security.
President Putin said this in a congratulatory message sent to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa in view of the 73rd Independence Day.
