Roshan Ranasinghe has been appointed Minister of State for Provincial Councils and Local Government Affairs. He previously served as Minister of State for Land Management, Public Enterprises, Land and Property Development. Ranasinghe was sworn in as the new Minister of State before the President at the Presidential Secretariat this morning.
