Pulling out of Mathivanan camp Other than the camps of both Silva and Mathivanan, there had been two “back-up lists” given by both Jayantha Dharmadasa and Mohan de Silva, who had nominated themselves as Vice President and Secretary respectively from the Silva camp too, making up the four different teams of contestants. Mathivana’s faction nominated Nishantha Ranatunga for the post of Secretary and Bandula Warnapura for the Vice President’s positions before pulling out nominations on Tuesday. The voters The total number of valid votes in today’s SLC election will be 142.
