Police Media Spokesman, DIG Ajith Rohana stated that all shops should be closed during the three day restrictive period, starting from 11pm today and ending 4am on Monday (17).
Accordingly, supermarkets and other grocery stores are advised to remain closed.
He stated that pharmacies and essential medicine services may remain open.
