From 01 November, SriLankan Airlines will resume commercial operations between Colombo and Paris. Flights will operate on a thrice weekly frequency as a non stop service. UL563 is scheduled to depart Colombo at 00:35 hrs and arrive in Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport at 07:30 hrs. The return flight UL564 is scheduled to depart Paris on the same day at 14:30 hrs. and arrive in Colombo at 05:20 hrs the next day. The airline intends to deploy its fleet of Airbus A330-300 aircraft on this route. Meanwhile, Air France will also start operating flights to Colombo from 01 November. Colombo will be a brand new destination for the airlines, and it too will operate flights on a thrice weekly frequency via Malé. Air France will deploy its Boeing 787-9 aircraft on this route.
