A tense situation amongst civilians broke out in Negombo this evening (05). In order to control the situation, Police curfew has been imposed with immediate effect within Negombo, Police Media Spokesperson stated. It was reported that the curfew will stay in effect until 7 a.m. tomorrow (06).
