Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to Russia Udayanga Weeratunga today (24) appeared before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) probing political victimization of the former government.
Weeratunga appeared before the PCoI over a complaint lodged by him over a case that was filed against him for allegedly importing a container into the country illegally.
The PCoI is to take up the complaint for hearing from today.
